Soup Mix - Cuban Black Bean

Our black bean soup has a depth of flavor that rivals homemade only easier! Add a ham hock to make it even more rich and flavorful or enjoy it as a hearty and delicious vegan soup.  This soup mix is a great pantry staple or addition to a gourmet gift basket. 

Makes 10 cups of mild soup. The pepper on the top is a Nora chili mildest of all the peppers and is often used to make smoked sweet paprika.
