Shopping & Candle Bar Events at Honeybee

Your group, your kind of gathering

Bring your friends together at Honeybee Vintage for a shopping outing or a hands-on candle-bar experience. Choose an exclusive after-hours gathering or a scheduled visit during our regular business hours.  These events are a simple way to organize an event for friends and family, a girls night out or moms night out, or a co-worker social!  Be sure to book ahead druing peak Christmas and holiday season.

Private After-Hours Event

Enjoy a two-hour gathering with the shop reserved for your group. A $100 booking fee is separate from shopping credits or candle purchases. Your reservation is confirmed after we approve your requested date and receive payment.

Prepay for $15 shopping credit per guest, preorder small and large candle jars, or choose a mix for your group. There is no additional per-person booking fee. Guest numbers are subject to our event capacity and availability.

Example: A private shopping event for 10 guests is $250 upfront: a $100 booking fee plus ten $15 shopping credits.

Regular-Hours Group Event

Plan a group outing during our regular business hours with no booking fee. Prepay for $15 shopping credit per guest, preorder candle jars, or choose a mix for your group. The shop remains open to other customers during your visit.

Example: A regular-hours shopping event for 10 guests is $150 upfront in shopping credits.

Shopping Credits

Prepay $15 per participating shopper. Each shopper receives $15 toward their purchases at the event and can pay for additional shopping on the day.

Candle Bar

If you want to focus your guests on the Candle Bar experience, simply preorder the quantities of small and large candle jars your group would like to make. Small candle jars (5.5 oz.) or large candle jars (10oz) are available so that you can choose the price point of the experience. Additional shopping is welcome during your visit.  Details on the Milkhouse Candle Bar options are here:  Small Candle Bar Jar Candle and Large Candle Bar Jar Candle.  The price includes a jar with wick and lid, filled with your choice of scented soy wax beads (or a combination of scents).

A Little of Both

Customize your party with a combination of shopping credits and candle-making. Include a prepaid shopping credit or candle selection for each participant.

How to Request and Book Your Event

1. Request your date. Contact Honeybee Vintage at hello@honeybeevintagealton.com with your preferred date and time, private after-hours or regular-hours event choice, guest count, and the quantities of $15 shopping credits, small candle jars, and large candle jars you would like.   Private events can be requested for anytime Tuesday or after 5pm any day. 
2. We confirm availability. We will review your request and confirm availability, event capacity, candle pricing, and your package total with you before requesting payment.
3. Pay one combined invoice. Once your date is approved, we will email the organizer an invoice with a secure online checkout link. It will include your shopping credits and candle preorders, plus the $100 booking fee for a private after-hours event. Regular-hours events have no booking fee.
4. Receive your booking confirmation. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Guests are welcome to make additional purchases during the event.
