A delicious bag of our coffee, roasted locally in St. Louis by Dubuque Coffee Company in partnership with the Gateway Down Syndrome Association and Honeybee Vintage. Available in the 12-oz. size, whole bean or ground, regular or decaf, in two delicious varieties: Piasa Bird and Eagle Steamer.
The Piasa Bird blend is crafted from select beans, giving an enticing and full-bodied dark roast coffee with low acidity and a caramel finish.
The Eagle Steamer blend is a medium roast blend with a clean, crisp taste and a sweet finish.
100% Arabica coffee.

3.21 Coffee is a coffee company operated by adults with Down syndrome in the Metro East St. Louis area for the purposes of employment, training, and community engagement. 3.21 Coffee is named after the medical diagnosis of Trisomy 21, which signifies the 3 copies of the 21st chromosome present in people with Down syndrome. Each bag is hand-signed by the adult with Down syndrome who packaged it for you at the Gateway Down Syndrome Association serving the greater St. Louis area.

I like coffee but cannot tolerate strong coffee. This hits the spot for us, good taste for my husband but not too strong tasting for myself.
