With very mild curry, you control the heat level.  This stew is thick, hearty, delicious and nutritious. 100% plant-based. This soup takes a little over two hours of cooking time, however, prep is very simple. It can be made on the stovetop, in a slow cooker or in an instant pot.  Delicious served with basmati rice and naan.
