This is our all-time favorite seasoning for beef stew. Your slow cooker or instant pot does the hard work; just add meat and vegetables.  It's vegan as is - the recipe calls for a 3 lb chuck roast but you can substitute "meat" of choice to keep it vegan. So easy, so delicious and nutritious. All premium spice blend with none of the added junk. Clean eating at it's best.
