Our lavender-infused honey is a combination of Appalachian Mountain honey combined with organic dried lavender flowers. Given time the honey takes on a hint of the lavender flavor for a delightfully earthy spin on an already near-perfect product.
This is raw honey, meaning not heated and pasteurized, and only lightly filtered.
