A delicious bag of our Columbian dark roast, in your choice of whole beans or ground coffee, roasted locally in St. Louis by Alpha and Omega Roasting for the 3.21 Roasting company.  Available in your choice of the 4-oz. sample size or the 12-oz. size.

3.21 Roasting is a coffee company operated by adults with Down syndrome in the Metro East St. Louis area for the purposes of employment, training, and community engagement.  3.21 Roasting is named after the medical diagnosis of Trisomy 21, which signifies the 3 copies of the 21st chromosome present in people with Down syndrome.  Each bag is hand-signed by the adult with Down syndrome who packaged it for you.
