Chocolate Chili Fudge Cookie Baking Mix

This chocolate chili cookie has it all. Spice from habanero powder, rich and chocolatey thanks to cocoa powder and vegan chocolate chunks.  Makes 24 cookies.

Make these cookies your own size, but we suggest tablespoon-sized balls with a slight press onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle powdered sugar after cooling if you like. The baking mix package offers two recipes, traditional and vegan. Traditional requires 2 eggs + 1 stick of butter. Vegan requires 2/3 cup oil + 3/4 cup of applesauce.
