3.21 Roasting is a coffee company operated by adults with Down syndrome in the Metro East St. Louis area for the purposes of employment, training, and community engagement. 3.21 Roasting is named after the medical diagnosis of Trisomy 21, which signifies the 3 copies of the the 21st chromosome present in people with Down syndrome.

The Red tumbler is printed with white, in honor of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team, and the Blue tumbler is printed with yellow, in honor of the St. Louis Blues hockey team.
