Coconut Lavender Drop Cookie Baking Mix

Light, flavorful, and delicious. Try these for your next tea party!  We use raw organic coconut flakes and blend them with top-quality lavender petals. Packed with texture, these cookies are the crowd-pleaser.  Makes 24 cookies.

Make these cookies your own size, but we suggest tablespoon-sized balls with a slight press onto the baking sheet. Dip in white chocolate if you like. Baking mix offers two recipes, traditional and vegan. Traditional requires 2 eggs + 1 stick of butter. Vegan requires 2/3 cup oil + 3/4 cup of applesauce.
