Shipping
We will carefully pack and ship your order same-day or next-day, as well as providing carrier tracking information as the package is shipped. An email confirmation is provided at both checkout and once your order is shipped. Shipping options are provided at checkout.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Selected products may also arrive directly from the supplier (for example custom products or personalized designs), but most products are shipped with care from Honeybee Vintage.
We offer the best available shipping options based on your location, and shipping rates are calculated based on actual weight of items ordered and therefore reflect actual shipping cost. We will recycle packing materials whenever possible. This reduces waste and keeps shipping rates as low as possible, and that's good for everyone!
Returns
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, if there is an issue outside of what is disclosed in the item description, or you simply change your mind, you do have the option to return the item(s) *within 14 days.* If you wish to return an item, it must be in new, original, and unused condition. Use self-service refunds to request a return label, and once received and inspected for condition, you will receive a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee. Certain items are excluded from returns, including special orders (e.g. wallpaper) and perishable (e.g. gourmet food).
If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us regarding a prompt replacement if possible, or refund if the item is one-of-a-kind. Please include a picture of damage to the item and shipping container when contacting us, and we will work to make it right. You may be required to ship the damaged item back to us at our discretion and at our expense in order to receive the refund.
We hope these situations are rare! We want you to be delighted with your purchase (and resolution of any issue that arises), so that you will be eager to return to shop in future.
