Honeybee Vintage is a blog dedicated to celebrating and showcasing the beauty of vintage fashion, home decor, and lifestyle. We believe that vintage pieces have a unique story to tell and can add character and personality to any setting. And when you find a great piece at a great price, that's a Sweet Find!
Our team of passionate vintage enthusiasts scours flea markets, thrift stores, and estate sales to bring you the best vintage finds. We love discovering hidden gems and sharing our tips and tricks for incorporating vintage pieces into modern life. For this reason, Honeybee Vintage offers antiques and decor at our retail store in historic Alton IL, plus all you need to give these pieces an update if needed. In store and online, you'll find MudPaint, a line of clay-based furniture in amazing colors. You'll also be able to browse a collection of quality DIY wallpaper (peel and stick!) in smashing modern designs and updated classics. Finally, you'll find dresser and cabinet pulls...like adding jewelry to a great outfit!
I myself am an "old soul" who needs a little refreshing every now and then. You too? It's the same with antiques and vintage! Sometimes a little cleaning, a little paint, a little repurposing and that great piece with nothing to offer but potential will become the star of the show in your home decor.
